M. Thomas LeMasters, President and Chief Executive Officer
Tom LeMasters is a lifelong resident of Napa who began his career at Napa Valley Bank in 1986. Tom was Head of Retail Banking for The Mechanics Bank in Richmond, CA and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Marin. He received his A.A. degree from Napa Valley College, his B.A. from San Diego State University, and his M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College in Moraga. Tom is a member of Napa's noon Rotary Club and serves on the board of Napa Valley Youth Baseball, and the Napa High School Athletic Hall of Fame Foundation.

Larry Fletcher, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Larry Fletcher began his banking career in 1975 and moved to Northern California in 1981. He has over 32 years experience as a banking executive, with 26 years in Napa and Solano Counties. Larry received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Business Administration from Long Beach State University and holds a degree with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School held at the University of Washington. Larry serves on the Board of Directors for Child Start, a nonprofit organization that operates Head Start in Napa and Solano Counties.

Diane Bishofberger, Executive Vice President and Bank Sales Manger
Diane Bishofberger brings 26 years of local banking experience to Bank of Napa. She is responsible for the Bank's overall sales and service teams. Born and raised in Napa, Diane is active in the community, currently serving as Vice President of Napa Downtown Merchants Association and treasurer of the Vintage High School Athletic Boosters. She is a past board member of St. John's Lutheran Board of Day School Ministry.

Michael Lundstrom, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Michael has over 13 years of community banking experience working for RSM McGladrey, LLP, The Vintage Bank and Moss Adams, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Gustavus Adolphus University in St. Peter, MN.

Robert Rowen, Senior Vice President and Senior Operations Manager
Robert Rowen began his career in banking in 1980 and has been involved in all aspects of bank operations. During his career Robert has worked for Union Bank, Tokai Bank of California, Redwood Bank and Bank of Marin. Robert manages Bank of Napa’s Operations and Information Technology departments to help the Bank deliver its promise of exceptional customer service.

Ruth Appleby, Vice President, Relationship Manager
Ruth Appleby has worked in local community banks for 30 years. A resident of the Napa Valley since the age of 12, Ruth is past president of the Kiwanis of American Canyon, and is active in both Napa and American Canyon Chambers of Commerce where she served on the subcommittee on South County Development and co-chaired the American Canyon Economic Summit. Ruth also is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley Class XVI.

Mike Spinelli, Vice President, Lending
Mike Spinelli has worked in local banking and finance for 20 years, including the previous nine years at Vintage Bank. A graduate of UC Davis in Agricultural Economics, Mike is past president of the Active 20-30 Club of Napa, a member of Napa Kiwanis, and a volunteer at Browns Valley and Bel Aire elementary schools in Napa. Mike also coaches local youth soccer, baseball and flag football teams. Mike is a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley Class XIV.

Lise Tarner, Vice President, Relationship Manager
Lise Tarner is a fifth-generation Napa resident who has been developing business relations and helping clients in local banks for over 20 years. Lise is a graduate of Napa Valley College and Sonoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Lise serves on the Boards of Directors for the Kiwanis Club of Napa, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Napa Valley, the First Presbyterian Church Historic Preservation Foundation and Leadership Napa Valley. In addition, Lise was a graduate of Leadership Napa Valley Class XX and she serves as an Ambassador of the Napa Chamber of Commerce.

Lynn Tuttle, Vice President, Compliance Officer and Loan Operations Manager
Lynn M. Tuttle is a native of Napa who began her banking career in 1975 with Mare Island Federal Credit Union. She graduated from Vintage High and attended Napa Valley College. She gained her operations experience with First Interstate Bank (Napa Branch) and joined The Vintage Bank shortly after their opening in 1985 fulfilling positions in operations, finance, human resources, loan operations and compliance.

Ann Derr, Assistant Vice President
Ann has worked in Operations and Customer Service in community banking since 1977. She worked at First Interstate Bank as a Customer Service Manager for 20 years, moving to The Vintage Bank in 1996 as the Customer Service Manager of the Bel Aire Branch. During Ann’s tenure at The Vintage Bank she was responsible for developing and managing the Merchant Service Department which serviced all 10 branches of The Vintage and Solano Banks. Ann is past Vice President of the Napa High Athletic Boosters Club, where she is still active in their fundraising efforts.

Cheryl Payan, Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager
Cheryl has been a Napa resident since 1977. She began her banking career in 1999 with Westamerica Bank as a teller, progressing to the position of Customer Service Manager. She joined Bank of Napa in 2006 as a Customer Service Manager and has progressed to her current position as Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager. Cheryl is a graduate from Solano College and received her business degree from Texas Woman’s University. She is a current board member of Soroptimist International of Napa and is a member of LeTip of Napa.

Frances Reyes, Assistant Vice President and Customer Service Manager
Frances is a native of Napa who has worked in local banking for 20 years. During her career Frances has worked for Wells Fargo Bank, Napa National Bank and The Vintage Bank. Frances started her banking career as a teller and has worked in all positions within a branch. Most recently Frances supervised 10 offices for both The Vintage and Solano Banks as the Regional Customer Service Manager.
