How do I enroll?

What can I do to make this process secure?

  • Do not include any personal information in your Password
  • Always protect your User ID and Password
  • If you are logged in, never leave your PC unattended
  • Always exit from Online Banking as soon as you finish your banking activities

Why do I need an 8 to 10 digit, case-sensitive, alpha-numeric Password?

An alpha numeric Password refers to the fact that both numbers and letters are required. Case sensitive means that both upper and lower case letters are used in your Password. For example, if your Password is “Password1”, you must type it exactly like that, “password1” will not allow you to enter Online Banking.

Can I change my Password?

If you are accessing online banking for the first time you will be required to change your temporary Password during the enrollment process. You can change your password and any other security information you have provided anytime you are logged into online banking by selecting the “Options” link and clicking on the “Edit” button for the security option you would like to change.

Is there a fee for using Online Banking and Bank of Napa’s Bill Pay?

Online Banking and Bill Pay are free of charge to our customers.

Will Bill Pay work with my favorite money management Program?

Yes. Bill Pay will allow you to export your transaction information into formats compatible with Quickbooks, Quicken, Microsoft Money and Excel.
