What are the system requirements?

In order to take advantage of Online Banking and Bank of Napa’s Bill Pay feature you must utilize the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer. Older versions may be incompatible with the Online Banking System. If you do not have the latest versions of these programs visit the Netscape or the Microsoft download site. MAC users must use the Firefox Internet browser.

How do I enroll?

Click on the “First Time Login” link found in this website and sign up today.

What can I do to make this process secure?

  • Do not include any personal information in your Password
  • Always protect your User ID and Password
  • If you are logged in, never leave your PC unattended
  • Always exit from Online Banking as soon as you finish your banking activities

Why do I need an 8 to 10 digit, case-sensitive, alpha-numeric Password?

An alpha numeric Password refers to the fact that both numbers and letters are required. Case sensitive means that both upper and lower case letters are used in your Password. For example, if your Password is “BkofNapa1”, you must type it exactly like that, “bkofnapa1” will not allow you to enter Online Banking.

Can I change my Password?

Yes. Click on the “Change my Password” link anytime you wish to change it. When you first logon you will be required to change your temporary Password.

Is there a fee for using Online Banking and Bank of Napa’s Bill Pay?

Online Banking and Bill Pay are free of charge to our customers.

Will Bill Pay work with my favorite money management Program?

Yes. Bill Pay will allow you to export your transaction information into formats compatible with Quickbooks, Quicken, Microsoft Money and Excel.
